Join like-minded women who’ve experienced negative sexuality, to discuss the impact of trauma on sex and psyche—and learn how to re-train yourself to have sex-positive, pleasurable experiences with yourself and/or partner(s). Learn how to practice sensory mindfulness, Cognitive Restructuring, journaling, and guided meditation—while sharing your experiences and challenges with women who understand what you've been through. Through community support you can regain a sense of empowerment and self-assurance. "This group has been life-changing.
